The project was conducted to achieve biotechnique of artificial breeding of Abramis brama orientalis and to present it to executive sectors for abundant reproduction to save this species from extinct. Considering the ripeness of the brood-stock, totally 38 brooders were tested in four stages. Gonadotropic hormone extracted from pituitary glands of carp-fish was used to induce brooders, the applied doesage was 5-6 mg per kg of body weight. Injection have been done by an insulin injection syringe in one or two dose. Optimum eggs-stripping was achieved with two doses hormone treatment at water temperature of 18°c. Eggs were put in saline carbamid solution mixture after fertilization to eliminate last stickness and washed with pure water. Former procedures took 45 and the latter 25 minutes. Eggs fertilization rate was 75-95%. Hatching rate was 75-85%. The period of incubation was nearly 4 days and conducted at temperature between 18-21°c. Number of eggs/spawner (absoluted fecundity) was 9142-60050, number of eggs in per dry weight was 1103-1580, and swelled eggs was 410-525. Diameter of egg was 0.8-1 mm (dry), 1.0-1.2 mm (swelled). Yolksace was absorbed after 72h, in weise jar and the size of newly hatched larvae was 2.9-3.7 mrn. The larvae were placed in large zuge glass. Color of the eggs were gray, light gray, pink, yellow and light yellow.Journal
