Abstract
Le but de ce travail est d'étudier la distribution spatio-temporelle des espèces de dinoflagellés toxiques sur Ulva rigida dans les zones de production du coquillage Ruditapes decussatus dans le Golfe de Gabès. Des prélèvements mensuels d’U. rigida ont été effectués au niveau de cinq stations durant une année (Mars 2015- Février 2016). Neuf espèces de dinoflagellés toxiques ont été identifiées sur les thalles d’U. rigida. Leur abondance est variable selon les stations et les mois avec un maximum de 4.46 × 103 ± 2.05 × 102 cell/g poids frais (PF) observé au port de Gabès pendant le mois d’Août. La saison estivale est la période de prolifération de la majorité des espèces de dinoflagellés toxiques.
The aim of this work is to study the spatio-temporal distribution of toxic dinoflagellates species on Ulva rigida in the shellfish production areas of Ruditapes decussatus in the Gulf of Gabès. Sampling for U. rigida was performed monthly from March 2015 to February 2016 in five stations. Our results revealed nine species of toxic dinoflagellates species on U. rigida. Their abundance was variable according to the stations and the months with a maximum of 4.46 × 103 ± 2.05 × 102 cells/ g fresh weight was observed at Gabès harbor during August. The proliferation of the most toxic dinoflagelltaes species was observed in summer.
