Abstract
This article presents the results of the sedimentological composition, and of the load of suspended sediments, present in the outlet of the Chone river, in the country of Manabí. They were analyzed a total of 18 samples, of superficial sediments of bottom, and of whose results were determined, a predominance of fine sand, classified poor. The sand could be of marine origin, or it could also come, of the erosion of the cliffs, through the coasts current, due to that those, they are very unstable. As for the suspended sediments, 56 samples of water were analyzed, the same that they gave very low results.
