Of the analysis of 14 stations in the subtidal zone in Aeolian Creek, Galápagos Islands, 9 species of mollusks were identified, being the species most abundant Pitar helenae. The polichaetos were few frequent represented by the species Nereis sp. of the Nereidae family, Glycera sp. of the Glyceridae family, Nepthys sp. of the Nepthyidae family and Diopatra tridentata of the Onuphidae family. In the intertidal zone the results of the analysis of the 7 macrobentónicas samples 24 species in total of invertebrates and one species of macro-alga Padina durvillea were identified. In the rocky zone the bivalvia Brachiodontes adamsianus and Sipunculidos they are the specimens more abundant. The polichaetos appear with low diversity being Bocardia tricuspa the species more abundant, but of the same way the genus Dasybranchus sp. and Aphrodita parva. The most frequent crustaceans on the rocks is represented by Grapsus grapsus and few frequent Oxius verreauxii, Porcellana sp., Calcino sp. (Ermitaño) and in the sand Ocypode gaudichaudii. A table with values of relative frequency appears and figures with the percentage abundance of the identified species.
