Slave ship archeology: African traffic between the XVII and XVIII centuries in Cartagena de IndiasAbstract
This article focuses in a near look of the material culture of the slave ships in the colonial period, starting with an approach to the understanding of the social dynamics in the vessels and the context of the material objects present in the ships, thus this article will focus on a case study about the use of the Cartagena de Indias port in the slavery trade.
