Non-traditional crops and the elements that support them.
Abstract
This work presents the compilation and analysis of information related to crops over time, traditional and non-traditional, as well as the coadjuvants in the proper development of the same, the fertilizers used in relation and function of the crop element. The purpose of this is to make a comparison between these fertilizers and their proper and correct application on the target element. In the same way, the information of some substrates of marine origin is presented, specifically sargassum, giving information about their potential use in traditional crops and those that are not, according to their constituents. The arrival of this marine algae to the Mexican Caribbean coasts represents a challenge in terms of its availability and use as a non-conventional substrate to make organic fertilizers, all this thanks to its characteristics and chemical composition of great value.
