FourmicrosatellitelociwereusedtoachievegeneticcharacterizationofsixstocksfromLitopenaeusvannamei usedforaquaculture inCuba:secondgenerationfromfirstintroduction(S2-1),firstgenerationfromthesecondone(S1-2),fromthethirdone(S1-3), andthefourthone(S1-4)andthecrossingsfromtwoparentalpopulation:firstgenerationfromthefirstwithfirstgeneration fromthethird(S1-1 × S1-3)andfirstgenerationfromthesecondwithfirstgenerationfromthethird(S1-2 × S1-3).66%(16/24) ofgeneticsystemsintotallociwereingeneticdisequilibrium.Thefourmicrosatellitelociwerepolymorphicforallsixstocks. MajorquantitiesofallelicvariantscorrespondtolocusPvan1758,whichisatthesametimethatonewherethereareprivate allelesfromfirstgenerationofthethird.AllFst comparisonsweresignificant.Thisindicatesbigdifferencesbetweenstocks.The highestvaluesarethoseinwhichthereispresenceofthesecondintroduction.Thisintroductionanditsdescendantsarealsomore consanguineous.Journal
