In the twenty-first Peruvian expedition to Antarctica (Antar XXI), organized by the Navy of Peru in the Austral summer of 2013, we performed an Oceanographic Cruise aboard the BransfieldS traits scientific Research Ship HUMBOLDT BIC'' ''where the work of data collection was conducted between 15 and February 22, 2013.The study are a was covered by 10 cross sections (perpendicular to the Strait), which were occupied 37 oceanographic stations. Also, to relate the behavior and environmental distribution of Krill. In this paper we analyze the horizontal distribution of temperature and salinity at different levels, the thermal and haline vertical structure, the surface density, the difference geopotential and water body types. The results obtained on the cruise, shows similar characteristics to those obtained at previous cruises, and isohalines horizontal isotherms recorded values close to those found by the researchers conducting studies in this area, with slight changes noticeable in coverage and values, and their structures in the areas monitored. The water circulation shows a general direction northeast, with slight deviations at the end of the strait (King George Island and Isla D'urville).
