Abstract
Mediante modelos de clasificación simple con tres repeticiones, se determinaron los requerimientos de proteína bruta (PB) en términos absolutos en Clarias gariepinuspara las etapas de 10 a 30 g de peso medio (2,0; 2,45 y 2,8 g de PB por kg de peso vivo, PV) y de 150 a 200 g (1,0 y 1,4 g PB/kg PV) con alimento semihúmedo, así como dos densidades de siembras (1,5 y 3,0 kg/m 3 ) para el primer rango con alimentación ad-libitum. Se encontraron pesos finales de 29,5 g en 30 días con 2,8 g PB/kg PV que no difirieron de 2,45 g PB/kg PV (26,7 g) pero sí de 2,0 g PB/kg PV (24,2 g). La eficiencia alimentaria (EA) no se afectó entre los tratamientos (2,1; 2,1 y 2,2) y la productividad fue mayor (p < 0,001) para 2,8 g PB/kg PV. Para 1,4 g PB/kg PV se lograron pesos finales de 218,2 g en 15 días que difirieron de 1,0 g PB/kg PV (196,4 g). La EA no presentó diferencias significativas (2,4 y 2,5) y la productividad fue mayor (p < 0,05) para 1,4 g PB/kg PV. La densidad de 3,0 kg/m 3 con alimentación ad-libitumpropició menor crecimiento (27,0 y 31,7 g), pero mejor conversión alimentaria (1,8 y 2,4) y productividad (8,27 y 4,82 kg/m 3 ) y los pesos finales se alcanzaron en 15 días. Se concluyó que los mejores indicadores productivos fueron 2,8 g PB/kg PV para el primer intervalo de pesos, 1,4 g PB/kg PV para el segundo y la densidad de 3,0 kg/m 3
According to models of simple classification with three repetitions, the requirements of crude protein (CP) in absolute terms in Clarias gariepinusof 10 to 30 g of mean weight (2,0; 2,45 and 2,8 g of CP by kg of live weight, LW) and of 150 to 200 g (1,0 and 1,4 g CP/kg LW) with semi-humid food were determined, as well as two stocking densities (1,5 and 3,0 kg/m 3 ) for the first range of weight with feeding ad-libitum. The results showed final weight of 29,5 g in 30 days with 2,8 g CP/kg LW that didn’t differ of 2,45 g CP/kg LW (26,7 g) but if of 2,0 g CP/kg LW (24,2 g). The food efficiency (FE) was not affected among the treatments (2.1, 2,1 and 2,2) and the productivity was bigger (p < 0,001) for 2,8 g CP/kg LW. For 1,4 g CP/kg LW were achieved final weight of 218,2 g in 15 days that differed of 1,0 g CP/kg LW (196,4 g). The FE didn’t present significant differences (2,4 and 2,5) and the productivity was bigger (p < 0,05) for 1,4 g CP/kg LW. The density of 3,0 kg/m 3 with feeding ad-libitum, propitiated smaller growth (27,0 and 31,7 g), but better food conversion (1,8 and 2,4) and productivity (8,27 and 4,82 kg/m 3 ) and the final weight were reached in single 15 days. As conclusions, the best productive indicators were 2,8 g CP/kg LW for the first interval of weight, 1,4 g CP/kg LW for the second and the density of 3,0 kg/m 3
