Độc tố Tetrodotoxin và Saxitoxin trong một số loài ốc bùn (giống Nassarius Duméril, 1806) ở vùng biển Khánh HòaAbstract
Toxins of 5 species belonging to Nassarius collected in Khanh Hoa waters, including Nassarius siquijorensis, N. glans glans, N. livescens, N. pullus, and N. conoidalis conoidalis were detected. Among them, three species contained a high amount of toxin: 431.49 ± 206.50 MU/g in N. glans glans, 154.81 ± 85.02 MU/g in N. conoidalis conoidalis and 20.44 ± 9.77 MU/g in N. pullus. High-performance liquid chromatography with fluorometric detector (FPLC-FLD) revealed that the major toxin component was tetrodotoxin (TTX) 4epi-TTX, 4,9-anhydroTTX, whereas saxitoxin was not found in any specimen by this method.Journal
